Delta du Saloum

We will drive via Mbour, Fatick past the town of Tadiaye to Ndangana where we will take the prau, visit several islets and spot many birds.

This is the country's second largest park 800 square km.

The vegetation consists of mangroves, a species of tree that thrives in a saltwater environment. Oysters attach to its long roots , which are a sought-after delicacy.

The delta is very rich in fish, this is because the waters are not deep and professional fishing is not possible.

For anglers, this is paradise.

Jackals, wild boar, deer, gazelles and pythons live on the high and dry stretches of land.

We can also visit a village there and relax by the water.
